Returns

To return an item, please contact us via email at Cycling.punx@gmail.com or alternatively, use our chat function on the website and we will respond ASAP.

We always hope you are perfectly happy with your items and our service. However, if you require to return an item to us, please note:

  • It must be returned within 14 days

  • All tags and packaging must not be removed

  • Items must be received by Cycling Punx within 14 days of notification 

If you require an alternative item in a different size / colour etc simply reorder the item, you require and the return the unused item for a refund.

We are unable to cover postage costs.

We cannot assume responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Your statutory rights are not affected.

For incorrectly supplied and faulty Goods, please notify us via email and within 14 days and we will send you a return label electronically

For international returns:

On form CN22/CN23 you must state RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE, and put ZERO as a value in the package value box. Failure to do so will result in the parcel getting delayed in customs and being returned. Please do not use FedEX or DHL as they always apply extra charges.

Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs if you live outside of the UK or Ireland for unwanted items. 

Returns Terms & Conditions

  • Do not apply the returns label to the original product packaging.

  • Please use a box or parcel bag for packaging the item rather than applying the label to the original product packaging.

  • All Items will be inspected upon return.

  • Items can be tried on for sizing but not worn for activity - Please do not wear items next to the skin when trying on for hygiene reasons, shorts MUST be tried on with clean underwear.

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Items returned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
